MI/NASTRAN - CAPABILITIES

NASTRAN is the industry standard for analysis with new applications being discovered every day. MI/NASTRAN can perform various analyses by using the Direct Matrix Abstraction Programming (DMAP) feature. DMAP is used to define and control the required sequence of matrix generation, assembly, and processing operations. Users can choose to write their own solution sequences using DMAP, or they can use the DMAP sequences available with MI/NASTRAN.
